Creating a video can be difficult to plan, shoot, and edit. The University has video teams with professional equipment ready to assist your department.

  • Faculty Technology Center - provides support to Faculty for training to use technology and can also provide a finished product.
  • AV Productions - provides video support for live events such as; devotionals, on-campus concerts, activities performances, and webcasts. They also create department training, marketing, and educational videos. Submit a project initiation request.
  • University Relations - creates videos with institutional messages representing BYU-Idaho that primarily reach audiences off-campus (i.e.. Pathway, Admissions, Alumni Profiles, etc.). To submit your project for consideration, work through your line management and Vice President.
  • Soapbox Agency- is an academic experience under the direction of the Department of Communications. Soapbox operates as a full-service, student-run advertising and public relations agency. Typically, Soapbox takes on full marketing campaigns and usually doesn't produce a stand alone video. There is a cost for any work done. View additional information.
